Isaac blue I think it's called or white silver ( I like the reds but my gtd is red at the moment and thinking of something different)

It think red would really suite the GTI.

Have you seen White Silver metallic in the flesh? It is flat light grey. My opinion is - it is a dull colour for a GTI. I have not seen Issac Blue yet.

Why not Deep Black Pearl?

Red is a great colour on the facelift with the extra black bits. Pretty sure it is what I'm going to go for.

Though there are easier colours to keep. Looking at our red A3 I think I'm gonna need a DA Polisher and dive deeper into the dark art of car detailing I'm wondering is that where the saying, "the devil is in the detail" comes from.

I've ordered a black Rubin gti  from vw in Wigan waited 12 weeks . Came in on Thursday .went in to see it and did not like it 1 bit .... it's just to purple

So definitely purple then, not brown or black lol

I was looking at a rubin black gti in crewe VW today
  its more a damson purple   , no hint of black at all 
it was a 3 door standard except for the colour 
there were no fog lamps on it

I saw a 2002 Polo in a non-metallic purple today.... I think that is the colour it will be...

I think this was the car you saw? I've ordered Black Rubin for mine. I think it looks quite distinctive

Lol like the comparison I had some  in a plum colour they weren't far off the same....
Glad to say don't wear em now lol each to their own but I think the old Vw purple was a better colour imo...
