Really changes with the light conditions - goes from white, to pale grey to a light silver.

Got all 3 shades in one pic here!

That is the best photo I have seen of the colour.

Do you see what I mean about it being a colour you need to see with your own eyes...
It was in the dealers showroom today. It still looked like light grey non-metallic. It really does look like VW stopped after they put the undercoat on.

It may grow on me.

Saw one in the showroom today and it's an appalling, completely pointless colour.
They could have offered so many other great colour options and chose that!!

White Silver?

A friend of mine had a Dynamic Grey Leon Cupra and it looked pretty stunning at sunset and in certain lights plus it contrasts well with the black trims.
It would be my choice of colour for the mk7.5 due to the fact every dark coloured car I've had shows up every scratch and swirl which really annoyed me.
Silver has been the most user friendly colour I've ever had closely followed by white so here we have the best of both worlds.
Neither will set your pulse racing but I'd take that over having to spend 50% of my life with a DA polisher in my hand and a frown on my brow!
A quick shower and shampoo and the white silver car is ready to roll...  that's my sort of car!

That colour is used on other VAG vehicles already.

Seems a really odd colour to pick as the free one as its purple... unless you are being cynical and think that its to make you pay for something else!
Current: Mk8 GTI DSG, Adelaides, DCC, HUD, HK, Winter Pack, Rear Camera.. Aka "HMS Weasel"

Gone: 2017 Mk7.5 GTD,manual, NavPro
Gone: 2014 Mk7 GTD, manual, NavPro, DCC

Do you have any examples of other VAG colours / colour names?

I think VW called it "blackberry" before.

Its definitely purple... which is a VERY Marmite colour
