as the outside temp according to our 88 valver is a whoping -40

it was the same on our old 87 8valve so I assue the sensor is missing
so where should it be and what should it look like ? a pic would be great as I have almost everything from an 88 valver tucked away

it plugs into the wing on the passenger side and is hidden by the bumper. all you can see from the outside(with the bumper removed) is a plastic blob clipped in place, you have to go in from underneath and possibly remove a few things to get at it......
