Left hand side indicator stuck on

Passenger side indicator (signal  light)  staying on when engine is on or off jave checked all fises and relays and still nothing

Have you tried
1 remove then replace bulb?
2 disconnect then reconnect battery?

Yes replaced all 3 bulbs on passenger side and dist the battery but still no luck

I posted a wiring diagram here recently, think it has indicator wiring in it too.
It was thread on Gora headlight conversion.

Sounds like stalk or wiring loom fault. Maybe missing ground as well. But less likely as it's also with ihn off.
