Michelin Pilot Sport 3s are excellent (had them on 3 VWs previously when it came to change the factory rubber. By all acvounts the 4s are significantly better again. Some say they are as good as Michelin PSS, so they must be good. I'm running PSS on my R after switching from woeful Bridgestone RE050, The difference is night and day. Price seems about right for Costco - PS3s were always £102-106 a corner.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

I've had ps4's fitted on the front of my wife's merc, very pleased with them. We got them at Costco, like most of our tyres over the last 5 years - never had an issue with the quality of workmanship.

I always snap a couple of pictures before I go, just in case - but have never need them

I have sport 4's on my audi, also from Costco. I'm happy with them, had the 3's on before and I liked them, excellent performance dry or wet.

The Costco guys in Derby are really good. I always ask them to be careful as I can't help myself but they don't take it personally

Costco fitting is no problem at all.  They have always taken care and do a very good job.

I specifically went to Costco with my wifes car as they changed my tyres with no issues and I'm really fussy.
However I went to them with a puncture and they made a right arse of it, scoring the inside of the rim, putting the weight on top of the old weights left residue and leaving the puncture plug hanging out which they claimed is the correct way to do it

So that's another tyre centre off my list. If only I had a bit more space I'd buy the bloody equipment and do it myself. There must be a big market in tyre places that can guarantee no damage.

Your best bet would be a wheel refurbers as they will take extreme care changing the tyres as they are used to making a wheel pristine and then putting the tyre back on without marking the wheel.

I've often thought of buying my own tyre changing and balancing gear but it's too cost prohibitive.

The last person I'd entrust with that equipment and my wheels would be me. Guaranteed disaster :embarrassed:
