Makes you wonder if VW are keeping going with this project of ring time reduction having sold all of the CSS's and moved on from the pre-facelift mk7 if they're planning on making a regular production ClubSport to add to the range possibly in lieu of the R400/420.

I think VW are either ...

1) Capitalising on the CS-S talents and maximising publicity or

2) That was a Rogue effort by the team hence the unsanctioned time ...

Can you imagine if they give the R400 the green light - but next to the RS TT it would be second best, me thinks - but cheaper  :wink:
