Hate xenons hate hids just way to bright when someones driving at you and constantly look like they are flashing osram nightbreakers unlimited job done £15

That's because they are usually either mis-aligned or people replace them with silly bright bulbs

Xenons are WAY better for lighting up the road. Once you have them you'll hate driving a car without them

Totally agree Rhyso. Had them in my mk6 GTD and they transformed night driving compared to halogens. My Polo GTI has got LED headlights and they're great too.

The same was said when halogens were introduced to replace sealed beam tungsten lights.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

Wasn't there a GB on aftermarket xenons a couple of years back?? Or someone at least found a decent seller and the units were properly tested / CE marked etc??

Yeah they were from xenonzuk. I looked into getting their xenons with the LED DRLs but they no longer produce them. They still have the non DRL xenons though.

Xenonz uk do a decent set but I think they're a bit more pricey
