I guess if the order books are closed and the model is sold out then they don't have to make any sweeping gestures!
Possibly un-allocated cars might get a few toys thrown in them just to use up stock parts and make the 'out of date' cars look attractive to potential walk in customers in dealerships before the order books reopen.
