That's awful, really feel for you. Insurance should sort it.
We had a massive hail storm here after a hot day a couple weekends ago, started just as I was walking back to my car. Never seen hailstones that size before, bouncing off every panel they were, but was coming down so hard you couldn't tell if they were causing damage. Driving home in it, I was crapping myself and expecting the worst so was utterly amazed to see no dents at all.
