Took car to Lookers Northallerton this morning for first service . By chance , I have just had the first real fault with the car in that the radio, sat nav , telephone connection etc all stopped. I only had the clock left for company. Service manager said they had just received mib2 update from Vw and this would fix problem. No it didn't ! I have to go back next week as they want car two days to see if they can fix unit or otherwise a completely new unit to be fitted.Other than that very satisfied with service .
