I'd be expectimg more than a pedal box for my 50th
I'll be 53 so I may well end up with new socks

So would I, lol. My half century comes up next Jan.  Got the pedal box so that's off the cards, shame.   So failing pedal box, a new DSLR (next incarnation of the Canon EOS 5D MkIII (MkVI or 5DX) is looking a likely contender birthday present.

Lol.  They were all taken with my crappy Canon CSC camera (it's ok really ;-). But......bring on the full frame.  
If Canon ever get round to releasing it!

Serious thoughts now to get one of these boxes, just about to change insurers and have already asked Direct Line about their view and they said I do need to declare it but there would not be any cost. Excellent! Just need to find the money first...

Get one.  You won't regret it and it will wake your car up.

I'm with DirectLine and my insurance reduced by £1.60 when I declared my pedal box.

Sorry for delay in responding but been away on my jollies 

Well all I can say about the tuning box is WOW and WOW again.

Car is totally transformed and with the added pedal box it is a beast! And I mean a beast. I gotta be real careful when I put my foot down now as it is really flying before you can say, 'woohoooo'.

It just keeps pulling and pulling. The pedal box helps for the lower end range and when you hit 2500rpm+ it is like you have a rocket booster attached to the back of the car. 4th gear is like 3rd gear and so on. The torque now feels amazing and it really does bring a huge smile to your face 

If anyone is undecided on getting one, take the plunge and go for it..... I promise, you will not regret it. But be warned - this is definitely a threat to a clean driving licence. 

Fitting, for a complete novice like me, took all of 15-20 minutes but you do have to get the front end up for one of the connections and I initially struggled with this one as the sucker didn't want to release but a few scrapes later it gave up and I won.
