Thanks for the heads up. I have an R on order with Winter Pack configured. I have just emailed my Dealer to ask them if they will deduct the amount of the Winter Pack from the Amount I owe seeing as it's now standard. That's a few hundred quid I don't mind saving for other things if the option is going to become standard on the car. I don't have a build week yet so I can safely say it will be well after Build Week 22. Will let you know how I go with the enquiry sent to my dealer. 
I'm in the exact situation you are in Buddy, I emailed my dealer and he replied that I will not get the price of winter pack taken off my order(£380) as the new price has increased by £500.
He also mentioned App connect is now free too which again I have chose and paid £120 for, so in theory I'm already paying the £500 increase anyway 
App connect is not free......
