So I can take out the finance to get the discount, cancel the finance, and still get the discount?
My dealer actually advised me to do this when I told him I was a cash buyer.

Thanks for that, never done Finance before so its all new to me. Not sure if it would wind the dealer up, but seems it is all fine which is great.

Some of them will no doubt moan. Personally I wouldn't tell them or at least not while you are still making the deal.

You don't need to mention it to the dealer, just go ahead as if you are taking the finance out.
there is barely any paper work to do and it's very easy to cancel and pay the finance off.
It's the first time I have ever signed finance papers so who knows, it may even be good for my credit rating
