It's a possibility but unlikely so long as the bolts are done up tight and they don't protrude from the back of the wheel stopping the hub/disc and wheel mating together tightly.
Try moving the wheels around to different axles/sides and seeing if it's any different.
Also try putting the wheels and tyres on a wheel balancing machine and lightly hold a bit of chalk against the tyres back and front, and against the alloys to see if there are any buckles or tyres misshaped.
I had an old GTI years ago that drove me nuts for ages, tried all sorts, it ended up being a tyre gone out of shape. Impossible to see with the car on the ground.
