schrick cam

hey guys, I have recently acquired a schrick 268 camshaft for my mk2 gti 8v. the specs are= valve lift 11.2mm. and timing figures are 21/67 67/21. could anyone tell me what sort of power increase this will provide? and also what degrees btdc to set the ignition timing to (if it needs re-set that is) cheers

I stuck this cam in and I have to say it makes a nice improvement to the top end power very slight lump to the idle and the slightest loss of low end torque but still perfectly manageable in daily traffic.
