how much is AdBlue ? £1.50 a litre ? 12 litres last 3500 miles or so ? I've never had AdBlue so am unsure

I buy mine online - 20 litres for £20.

In our A6 Avant, a tank (17 litres or so) lasts for around 8-9k miles

Never had an AdBlue car so not sure about prices or how well it is available.

That price for the R is attractive, but would prefer to buy than lease.

The Passat runs with Adblue doesn't it?

If the Tiguan is based on MQB and the Golf's don't use Adblue, why does a Tiguan?

190 and 240PS Passats use Ad Blue.

I'd guess the larger cars create higher emissions as the engines are working harder to move the greater mass.

A few new unreg cars on Auto Trader at the £34k mark with full spec -- there was one at less than £30k that was in basic trim.

If only you could spec "discrete exhausts becoming of a 4 cylinder" as an option....

Tiguan is a lot heavier than a golf so the emissions are higher.

Yep, but then you have to wait! I normally find a stock car, show them what I can order one for if I wnt to wait and ask for a few percent below that.... Some will deal, some wont. If they dont there are other dealers and other cars...
