Hi folks
I recently bought a momo steering wheel boss for my mk3, I already had a steering wheel form a previous car.
On the back of the boss it has a bit sticking out to cancel the indicator. At what position does this want to be located when the wheels are pointing straight ahead.
Many thanks in advance.

Hmmm, this doesnt sound like a genuine momo boss.
I tried a cheap ebay one, it didnt last 1/2 an hour as it just didnt cancel the indicator.
Genuine momo takes the clockspring plate off the original wheel and... it just works, unlike the

The back of the boss is basically the same as this one.

Yes -thats the one I didnt get on with.
It will work, but if its like my one it wouldn't cancel
-I sent mine back, suspect its a Mk2 boss, same spline as on Mk3
You need to put the sticking out bit towards 3 o'clock
Hope it works for you

Thanks. The car had a mk3.5 steering wheel on it originally but that does t cancel the indicators either. On further inspection the plug for the air bag isn't there either. It must of had an aftermarket at some point earlier. I might try get a clock spring from a 3.5 and just use the 3.5 wheel, it does look good.
