Any tips for choosing a professional detailer?
« on: 06 March 2016, 19:54 »
I'd like to treat my GTI to a good detailing (once the weather picks up), it has a few marks and swirling from it's time in the hands of the dealer before I got it at 3 months old. There is also the odd stonechip here and there too. No doubt my amateur cleaning methods haven't helped nor the odd attack from our feathered friends

So can anyone offer any tips as to how to choose a detailer? Amazingly, despite living on the edge of one of the world's most amazing and wealthy metropolis, I can't seem to find one that is actually recommended! I'm in west London if any reader can make a recommendation.

Cheers!

Morning

I'd post the same question on detailing world and then base your selection on recommendations from people that have actually used them. Then if that fails look for one out of your area and travel to them.

Knowing what your cars like they'd have it done in a day.

If you're not on DW then let me know and I'll post it for you.

Cheers

Neil

Cheers Neil and thanks for the offer. I've been on detailing world but not joined so I'll take your advice and post there.
