Golf MK4 Clutch question
« on: 06 March 2016, 17:18 »
Hello all. I have recently purchased a MK4 1.6 SE and the trader advised that the clutch release bearing was noisy. Now would it be a good idea just to change the bearing or do the clutch as well. I've seen some clutch kits on euro car parts what would be the best one to purchase?

If your doing the release bearing always do the clutch at the same time, pressure plate and clutch plate. Buy a good make. It'll last the lifetime you own the car.
Audi S1 gone, awaiting 1.5tsi r-line, pan roof, led lights front and rear, active dash, 18" jurva alloys and a dealer fitted Oettinger roof spoiler in tornado red.
