I have a 2011 MK6 GTI in silver I've not had long, plus an old 1999 Golf SDI I use for work
I'm not new to VAG cars, after my first few cars being ford I've had :
2004 B6 A4 1.9 TDI sport,
1997 B5 Passat 1.9 TDI ( the cheapest car I've ever had, £250)
2009 B8 A4 2.0 TDI S line,
2010 Golf GTI 3 Door
