Thanks guys. Always had a really cheap car and for the first time thought I'd treat myself  Barely driven it but loved it. Everyone okay but shaken-stole the wife's bag and purse but nothing else. My golf clubs were in there too. Can't believe how much there is to organise. My thought process about colour was like people said-would always look at it if I got the same colour and think what had happened. No garage so not an option, but will look at a tracker. Top place this.

My tracker was done by CJ Auto Electrical. £270 fitted. They're not too far from you and fit it at your house.

Sorry to hear.  These pigs need to find your keys to steal the car.  Best thing to do is put the keys in a safe in the house or take them with you everywhere.

Installed a 4 camera CCTV system at the weekend ( for all the good it will do )
I think good security lighting is still the best deterrent and I'm defo going to buy a new Disklok.

I would think a securely locked garage with the car out of sight is the best deterrent.
Doesn't security lighting coming on all the time just highlight where the car is kept?
After a while people tend to ignore security lights and alarms going off.
