Mine is confirmed for the week commencing 11/4 so I will have it sometime towards the end of May.

Same here mk7-GTD, same week also, was surprised as I had provisionally been given the middle of May for build, so to get an entire month earlier than expected, can't come soon enough!!!

Well fingers crossed just checked and mine has gone to stage 3 confirmed build wk 11.4.16 well chuffed as dealer told me 2wks ago provisional wk was 19.5.16 so nearly 7wks early  :laugh: :cool:

am on the same bus guys, got Confirmed build date of 11.04.16 for my Lapiz Blue R, cant wait, this will be my 3rd Mk7 Golf 2 x Gti PP and a R on the way..... :grin: :grin: :grin:

Just had another chat with VW uk and my car is still sat at Emden along with at least 6000 other UK bound cars which they say are due to be shipped in the next few days and I'm looking at another 4-5 weeks before it gets to the dealers  :cry: :cry: :cry:

mine is also lapiz R for this date. hopefully here my mid may i hope  :shocked:

Don't loose hope as I was told exactly the same thing yet my car shipped 2 days afterwards after being sat at Emden for nearly three weeks. Shipped (5C) 15th March and arrived (stage 6) the following day. That said I know the car arrived in the UK on the Tuesday as i was RO-RO carrier stalking :)
