Yours has been quite fast.
I was the build week before you and I've just come out of the 5c stage to stage 6 arrived in the UK.

Hi Multijim,

Yeah ordered from Wolverhampton.  Had to wait 5 months for the GTD so 2.5 months for the GTI isn't too bad.

had another txt  update from VW uk , my car is now in the country  :smiley:
so will have to arrange a date to pick it up probably late next week
its on a private plate so not bothered about the first day ,
when there usually so busy things can get overlooked

I got a stage 5b text on Saturday morning and not heard a peep since  :sad:
I knew it was a mistake getting my tracking number.

the stealer told me I can have it on 1 st march .
but its going onto my private plate so I will leave it till nxt weekend and avoid the rush  :whistle:

When I placed the order for my new R two weeks ago, I was told build week 15, found out today from my dealer it has jumped forward 2 weeks to build week 13.... :smiley: :smiley: :smiley:
