Collect the diffuser on Saturday. I'll leave as standard as now till i see what i'm going to do with the exhaust tips. Spoke to the garage where i bought it and they're quite happy to take as a trade in, in the future. The MK6 i had Western at Edinburgh would have liked it back to standard before taking it back as a trade in.

or just keep the standard bits and put back to standard when your trading it in then sell the extra bits make some of your money back  a decent exhaust place will make this an easy job in future if you tell them

My old MK6 gtd full exhaust lives on a rack at Falkland performance in Glenrothes. Mcrae and Dick did take the MK6 as is with the milltek the replica Golf R alloys and the OEM led bi xenons. Didn't tell them about the Revo remap tho. The boy that had a drive in it probably got a pleasant surprise!

someone would probably still give you decent money for it now  and putting back to standard is a better idea if you still have old bits then just sell them on

I'll ask the boys at Falkirk to make me a sleeve and give me 2 exhaust clamps so i can put it back to standard.

The PDF in the second post is way OTT as they remove the bumper. Just needs to be off the ground on ramps or stands to get better access. The clips just behind the rear wheels are the hardest to get out and the wheel liner needs a few screws removing to get access to the last couple of screws and clips. Once they are all out you will know as the bottom will come clear and then it is just a matter of pulling to get the upper clips to come away from the bumper.

Basically as per Remus video.

Spoke to the guys in Falkirk today and they said no problem with the diffuser. Did mention about the You Tube video. I'll take another look and get myself well prepared just in case.

Received the diffuser this morning and looked at the video, underneath the car. The only thing which is different is that after the wheel liner bolt is removed you remove 2 torx bolts and the bracket which holds the clips that the 2 torx screws isn't there. I see no problems getting 4 M6 x30 stainless bolts, washer and that will probably do.
