That's a proper GTI, really like those wheels too.

No offense but I was literally going to write "worst color, worst wheels"  :embarrassed: I don't think there's another paint+wheel combo that ruins the Clubsport looks more than this.

Of course "to each his own", "we're all different" etc.

Imo those wheels look like they belong on a Qashqai or Juke or something...

No idea how I can upload pictures here... a link to google is the best for now:

more pictures will follow later. But mine is a "known" configuration

Was going to go for white but coming from a white hot-hatch I needed a change. I think it's meanest color on this car (lots of contrast with the black Clubsport styling bits) and pretty handsome.

I thought they were snatched from a Beetle in the beginning, too playful, too funky (or too silly in a sense). Defo not the serious sports wheel I'd expect to see on such a car. Not to mention they're an incredible 4kg heavier than the stock Belvederes...  Want to hear something even worse though? VW OZ has chosen them as standard on the OZ Clubsport. Clubsport buyers over that side of the world are really brave people

Really not a fan of Austins (GTI) , or Cadiz (R) - GTD definitely got the best looking standard wheels - i'd rather have those shown than either of the aformentioned.

I think the silver looks quite good actually. Looks great against the gloss black and red bits imo.
The wheels are "ok". My main bugbear with them is they're diamond cut. I'll never have a car with diamond cut wheels again if I can help it - although I realise that could be difficult as every manufacturer seems to be fitting them now.

Guess I'm the odd one out, I usually am. I think the brescias look stunning, better than the standard ones or the pretorias.

I like them too, wouldn't mind a set on my PP. Having said that I don't think they suit a silver car but the biggest problem with the CS above is the excess of doors

I like the colour but god those wheels look awful. Have gone with the standard ones myself.

I thought I did like them too but having seen the white one with std wheels I quite like that look.  Still think the 3 door suits the Cs much better though.  I also like the pano roof as it gives the black contrast but the added benefit of more light.

If I ever went ahead with one I would keep the spec very light.. White, 3 door, bucket seats, that's about it.. Would like to see a pic of one with the brescias.. That said the weight of the std wheels makes a big difference I am sure v the brescias

Now the CS's (not CSS) are hitting dealer forecourts I must go have a nose at one.
The Carbon and white ones look really good in the pics.
3 door looks more 'pure' but the 5 doors still carry it off well. The CS is gradually growing on me.

I pretty much agree with all that.
