
Mine has nothing like that. Also none of the other Clubsports I have seen in other countries (SA, Germany, Sweden) have anything like it. Which would make sense since the production of Clubsports is not of a limited amount (rather of a limited period). Which also explains why the number is not in the usual "no. X of Y" format (as in the Clubsport S)
So I am assuming it was retro-fitted in the UK to add sine "uniqueness?" A bit lame though if it ain't done from factory hence has no universal meaning...
