Well this certainly is a limited edition.  It will be interesting to see what the motoring press say.  I doubt they will wet their pants like they did for the Cayman GT4.  Starting to get tempted by a "regular" Clubsport.

Love the Clubsport and carbon grey but not together. Not enough contrast with the decals. Has to be red, white or silver.
2019 Oryx White 5dr TCR.

Was - 2015 Tornado Red 3dr GTI PP, manual, Santiagos, Audi short shifter.

I'm currently in Germany down near the Austrian border in the mountains, when we picked up our car at Munich (a skoda yeti) there were clubsports everywhere for rental in the avis car park!! Just looked on their website could have had a guaranteed model hire of a clubsport for an extra £300!!

So I added the buckets to my order, as we are led to believe they are heated.

Also interesting MY17 Clubsports get "Easy Entry" buckets, which I guess means they also slide forward on the rail when you lift the recline lever like the standard seats.

Dave

Looking at this link from recaro, the seats are heated:

Well after having a deposit on the Clubsport since mid last year. I have today cancelled the order.

I'm not really happy that the car still hasn't been built, and they announce the Clubsport S.

I wish you well with your cars, I just hope you start to see them soon.

I collect a new Mercedes A45 next week.

+1000

First Golf that made me seriously consider it solely on the looks since a long time and guess what, ordered one

Track reviews and chassis setup is what sealed the deal though as I was after a daily driver that I could occasionally track an have fun around twisty roads without having to replace a million things in the suspension. Oh did I say I also loved the fact it came with the R engine instead of the GTI's?

For someone asking earlier I confirm bucket seats are heated, asked my dealer the other day

Loving the white but coming from a white car I went with carbon steel metallic grey precisely to tone down the contrast against the decals and shiny body plastics. It had to convince as our family car and being already more sporty than a usual GTI/R white wouldn't have helped there. Of course looking at it from a close distance it unleashes all its sexiness on you...
