Not read thru' this whole thread, but has anyone seen this happening on Twitter. Must mean something is imminent?

VW's twitter page makes the CS look fantastic. I've never really liked it until now.
Its also got a lovely stance in this picture. Pity it doesn't come like that.

It was the same with the R launch pictures as well Stevie. It doesn't quite look as good in the flesh

I think the R actually looks worse in that shot than in the flesh. It's a lot lower and chunkier close up in the flesh where that pic almost gives it a mk6 stance.
As for the CS, I'd take a Leon Cupra over that any day of the week which pains me to say.

A Seat Cupra 290 with the sub8 pack, DSG and a stage 1 map would be hard to resist and still cheaper than the Clubsport.

Yes, good point Lord/Lady Wish.
Frightful commoner SEATs just won't do for you, nor common old special edition GTI  people's cars with no pretend race car seats.

Riff raff like me are obviously below you too so I'll depart the forum now and jump into my SEAT and go find some other untermensch to hang out with...

(Although I will admit a good few SEAT dealers are more than a bit crap)

And what is a Seat? An Audi with a Ford interior! If you can live with the cheaper interior then it's not a bad way to go - although some of the money saved will be lost with poorer residuals, which can be counteracted with a good 0% APR deal that Seat frequently do.

The last time I was tempted by a Seat was the old Cupra when I chopped in my MK5 170TDI. The dealer pretty much wanted me to buy the car before he'd give me a test drive. Considering I had £17k of p/x metal I thought it was obvious I was not some charva rolling up in a clapped out 16 year old Corsa with gold wheels just looking for a quick joy ride with no intention to buy. I took one look at the scratchy plastic interior and decided to head to the VW garage for a Scirocco instead.
