Loving the Carbon Grey. Are the tailpipes significantly bigger than standard? The new rear spoiler also appears more subtle than on the white car. Each to their own but I'd buy one if I had the cash!
Yes, it was somewhere in the literature that the tailpipes are bigger diameter
Amazing! A clubsport with 5 doors and a sunroof = Wtf!!!
I have a real CS in the garage, which has no headlining, carpets or seat belts, shorter gearing, lightweight glass etc.. exactly how it left the manufacturer, maybe my hopes for the Golf Clubsport were a little too high!?
Ahh yes, but this model has vague claims of aerodynamic efficiency when flat out on a race track thus making it irresistible to weekend racers

Perhaps the open sunroof gives it even more downforce?
Perhaps this is just a cynical marketing exercise that was initiated a few years ago with actual lightweight panels to show off the MQB platform's variable production possibilities before the grey suits realised how much that little investment would cost then watered it down to the level of 'maybe a few stickers and a spoiler will do, nobody gives a toss about MQB anymore anyway'
C'mon, the gullible public will lap it all up, all they give a toss about these days is how many toys their car has.
Do we know when this is available in the UK?
The OP will be along with this info as soon as he knows.
