So with the new deals VW are now offering on the R ie £1250 Deposit Contribution, £1000 extra Trade in, lower APR @ 4.9%, I can't help but thinking of getting a price to change??

Even though my car is only 2 months old, wonder what the trade in value would be lol

Don't get me wrong I'm happy to pay what I'm paying per month but if I could get it for less then why not

Crikey, I had to promise to keep my last car for at least 10 years to justify it's purchase to my OH As it was I kept it 12, my GTI, not sure, but at least 3 years. But 2 months? I think I get too attached to things and can't let go. Probably why me and OH have been together 25 years. Maybe it's time to trade her in for a newer model

Don't get me wrong dude I love the car and would order another one, but I just done a cost comparison based on the new deals, and the same car as mine would cost up to £60pm less than what I'm paying, kinda stings a bit

That's the danger of keeping looking. There's always going to be a better deal. Perhaps if you'd have bought a few months before you did you wouldn't have got as good a deal as you did. Your car looks fantastic, just enjoy it!

I ordered my R after owning my Mk7 GTI for 7 months ! I am still shocked that I did it but have no regrets really

I'm heading to my dealer in the morning anyway for some Warranty work, might have to take a seat at the sales desk ha ha ha
