I saw a new 'R' today in limestone grey and a new GTD in tungsten silver.
It's amazing how good both these colours look when you actually see them on the road.
I've ordered carbon grey but would be happy with either of the other two colours.

Agree. The lighter colours were made for the Mk7.
Especially white!

I've still not seen an R in limestone,

I'm a big fan of Tungsten though, especially when you have red brake callipers and Santiagos to really set the colour off.

I saw an LSG R at some traffic lights a couple of months back.  I tell you I've never been big on light coloured cars (especially white  and silver), but the LSG made me do a comedy double take it looked that good.  I would have totally written it off as not being an R colour at all, but happy to be completely wrong and say it was a total stunner.

There is a LSG GT TDI at work and it looks the business.Only seen one R in this colour on the road and it might sound perverse but it was filthy, needed a good clean and I liked it even more.
There was a thread on here once about filthy golfs but I bottle it after a week and end up cleaning mine.
