take the door cards off, then undo them from the inside of the doors and then just take them off the car!

Door Cards?
Just take the blanking plate off the inside of the door and do it that way. But be careful as the little plastic bits have a tendency to break off.

i think it depends if its early or late style doors, Early ones id imagen would be the same as a Mk1, The late style doors are easy, just the way Slick described.
