It's great how such and small change can make such a difference! A worthwhile £5 odd spent!

Lol, I know. I've known about this little 12V mod for ages but really didn't think it would be a big deal. Sounds stupid, but very surprised that does make a difference.  Just brings things together in the cabin a bit.  I do think for the sake of a fiver (in a £30+k car) VW could've made it the standard one. But it's a cheap and cheerful little mod.

You reminded me that I took the Audi 12v cover out of my GTD efore I chopped it in and stuck it in one of the kitchen cupboards, meaning to stick it in the R - it is still in that cupboard.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....
