Bad luck pal. I've had one go too. Still had to pay £75 excess which is a PITA.

I've got two bullet holes and a crack in mine... but not serious enough to replace.

At the rate they appear its not worth changing until I need to.

Must be to do with the profile of the front end I think...

I have no idea, I was cruising about 60 on the inside lane because I was approaching a roundabout, following a civic, I didn't see anything, but it was an almighty smack. Another cm and my windscreen would be fine but my paint would have been ruined....I know what I would prefer!

All of my impacts are very low - down on the black strip of the windscreen.

Probably bouncing off of the bonnet - its stone chip city... looks like I've parked next to the fishing boats in the harbour :-/

Ouch! That's a beauty.

I'd have thought Norfolk was a great place, no hills so you must get fantastic fuel mileage!

How many miles do you do a year? Quite a few I'd guess.

My MPG is good if I try, I can hit mid 40s but average is around 31mpg, the main issue is the amount of rural roads and agricultural vehicle leaving crap all over the roads.

I absolutely destroy the miles in any car I have, which is why I lease it through my business. 6 months in and I'm at 13k
