Hi guys I have a 2012 golf gtd 170bhp. I am thinking about having Evans waterless coolant in my golf because you never got to change this ever again. And it stops corrosion dose anyone no anything about this stuff thanks poolerman

Hi, never herd of it before but I believe VAG coolant is lifetime anyway and also acts as a corrosion inhibitor.
If you did use waterless coolant you would still need to change it when the water pump is replaced during cam belt change. I would just stick with genuine.

Waterless gives you no advantage over water based coolant in the mk7. As said above, it will come out when cam belt is changed anyway.
