Hey, just wanted to introduce myself to the forum as I have been following the forum for a while now without saying hello.

Don't own a golf or GTi yet but just sold my Insignia to look for a mk4 so will be joining very soon!

Any ideas or things I should look out for when viewing a mk4 golf?

Welcome bud also a newbie on here just up the Rd in Camberley I had a seat leon cupra 1,8 t which is the same as a mk4 things to look out for is leaking seals around the doors smoking turbos limp mode if your going for a turbo on the test drive just make sure you give it some stick to make sure it don't go into limp mode if it does it could be a money pit
