VAG software updates

Had my GTD For a year now and had it serviced whilst I waited in June - purchased service plan - so it was just an oil change...

Other than booking it in again or contacting the dealer, how can I find out if there are any software updates available especially for DSG.  Below is the result of pressing and holding the menu button.....

I take it this is Navpro?

"Installed SW MU version" is the main software release version number, the rest are just the details of the build.

I think most people have 0200?

I'm sure I've read of some people with a 04xx version but I've never seen it.

Even if updates are available most don't have them done unless you have a current issue.  As some cause more issues than you had previously !
