C class not on my radar can't stand it...  have kind of gone off X drive now to be honest, the suspension was a bit roly..

I am however now pondering a 430d !  I like the 330d powertrain but wonder if I REALLY need 4 doors.  Noticed the std spec on 430 is very good indeed - Prof Nav, leather, elec seats, heated seats all std.  Only thing I would add is M sport + package... suspect the discounts aren't as good as 3 series though...

Oh and yes I have test drive fatigue big time !!

There are some stinking lease deals on 4 series gran coupe in M sport guise, one car i'd rent over buying

I think drisser will never make up his mind at this rate this side of X-mas and by the time he does all the good deals would have evaporated.

Just push it all the way and buy a M3.

If I was going to spec up an expensive car, I'd probably go with one of those.

I drove my mate's one a couple of years ago and it is fantastic. Around some private roads I pushed it hard and it is simply a beast, utterly amazing.

There's no way I could drive one of those every day though - my licence would be destroyed in weeks

The M2 might be released at Frankfurt, however, is not a limited run, only 400 1Ms and they are awesome and the one car i regret not buying

Much to the relief of no doubt everyone on the forum... I have made up my mind to go with the 330d if I can get the right numbers sorted this weekend..

I think I will get a better PX price than Audi too.. and its the perfect all round car for me really given its a daily drive of some dual carriageway and some B roads..

PLus I don't want to sell the fiat coupe which I would need to do if I bought an RS3.. this way I can keep it.

Oh, next issue - colour and spec.  Well spec is easy - M Sport + package with the bigger brakes, Professional Nav and heated seats, that's pretty much it.  Love the Saddle brown leather and given almost every 3 series has black leather, I want something different.  Thinking Black or White over saddle brown leather maybe, or white with red leather..

Active Security Package. Advanced Parking Package. VSS. Enhanced Bluetooth. Steering Wheel Heating. Headlight wash.

That should do it.
