How often does VCDS come up for sale?

As per heading... does this come up for sale second hand?

Rarely and even then its near enough full price

IMO buy a brand new one and get free lifetime support from Ross Tech  :smiley:

I was just wondering as i have one and have a Ford now so it may be of no use to me. As per my other post on the 18" charelston shadows, when you try and sell something you get the disbelievers that it's real.

At best it will act as a generic OBD scanner for engine codes; other modules and coding then no sadly
