Hi guys,

Finally bought my first GTi after wanting one all my life, it's the 2.0i 8v model mk 4 ;)

The one downside is it's too slow, apart from being modded visually it's standard performance wise, can anyone recommend some starting points to improve this, it's a little embarrassing getting beaten off the lights by a 206 GTi180 lol

Thanks guys, thing is I know where the cars been most of its life so I also know it's not had the arse ragged out of it, any simpler methods of upping the BHP rather than swapping out the lump?
