Obviously a tragic event

On a lighter note, maybe it was a clandestine remote act of sabotage carried out by a disgruntled GTI/D/R owner-to-be, p!ssed off at the mega wait     You could hack into the robot system from anywhere in the world and make it do your will

He's got an alibi - queuing 12 hours to withdraw his nest egg, 60 Euros at a time.
Whey ya bugger! It's finally arrived after an 8 month wait....

Human error means safety circuit bridged or working inside gaurding or hot area without isolation in place.
I know a guy that got his face pushed into a spike doing this, it went up his nose and out  missing his eye and held him there for ages until he was found.
we have lots of robots in our plant and never ever go into the work area without locking them out, they are fckn dangerous.

Someone will get sued over this for sure....
