Post Code input gone - Sorted now thanks

I am sure there used to be a Post Code button on the Address Input screen - standard Nav not Pro - but it is no longer there

I recently did a factory reset as my options got really screwed up and am wondering if this may have disabled the Post Code input but I can not find a way of reactivating it in any of the menus

Any one else had this problem and found a solution as it is not easy imputing an address without it

I do have VCDS but am no expert only having used it read for any faults before going to the dealer

i have the postcode input on my standard nav so it does exist - try pressing town and see if option then comes up.....

Tap on town, the when keyboard pops up you should have post code button at bottom left of screen
