Mazda 6 [Lower End] ?

have you seen the dash on an XF? I have seriously looked at them a couple of times before but i cant get past that big horrible silver strip on the dash....

Mazda - great car but only 4 cylinder diesels... nothing wrong with that but i didnt like the one in the Merc and all my diesels prior to that (since 2003 anyway) have been 5 or 6 cylinder and I am finding it hard to accept a 4 pot this time!

Anyone else think that with all the standard kit on the Golf, it's hard to look at other brands because of all the options you'd need to add on?

I can't not have Xenons now that I've had them in the Golf but most manufacturers are charging £1,000+ for them alone.

I dont think the Golf has anything my wife's mini doesnt have (front parking sensors and active cruise apart - but she has pano roof and half leather and a 20gb hard disk drive thing)..... but yes, I wont buy a replacement with less spec which does make it harder...

Was that standard equipment on the mini? I specced up one recently and it was barebones to start with but then they have umpteen different models I suppose.
Central vehicle leasing were doing the R estate for just over £200 but its been dropped so maybe see a few deals like that get the R estate moving!

Its a cooper with chilli pack, media XL (sat nav plus) and some other stuff, list ended up at 22k but paid about 20 and a bit.....

R estate would be wasted on how I use it..... although at £250 a month I'd take one just because I could!

Well I'm thoroughly enjoying my time in the M135i so I might stick with the brand but go with the M235i and throw some of the m p performance goodies at it, as below:

Or see if I can stretch to a new M2, M3/M4 or M5 (but I doubt I'll be able to afford one of those tbo especially with the M tax bills that go with owning a car like that).

Dream car would be a Aston Martin Vanquish (now where's that lottery ticket gone).

Really like the look of the 235i. I would favour that over the 135 and would be a serious contender for my next car
