Rear suspension mounts (sagging)
« on: 25 June 2015, 15:17 »
Old gal is sitting like a dog atm, noticeably lower at the back than front (currently on -30mm spring all round). The springs/shocks are about 12,000 miles old so I am guessing top mounts have collapsed softened. I quite often carry a heavy toolbox, but never passengers. Is it worth spending the extra £20 on poly mounts?

I want to space my wheels but currently the rear is sitting lower than the tire

i replaced my standard rear bump stops with these...

as the standard ones didn't last long, and caused rear sag

Wouldn't the car have to be sitting so low that it was physical sitting on the bump stops for them to affect the height?

I'm not sure mine is that low. But if I'm swapping out the mounts I might opt for a set of these too, thanks
