Nice one. Very jealous - mine's still build week confirmed for this week

My build date this week but still no sign of the car actually being built ? Presume with all the diesel cheat stuff they will start prioritising petrol cars as will need to get income in asap to pay fines  haha

I've found the best way is to tweet vw. They told me that mines at build stage 4 of 8 this morning. Fingers crossed it will be finished today.

Tracker hasn't moved from stage 3.

Tweeting's definitely the way to go. VW must have a better view of what's happening than we poor customers - try @VWUKHelp

I did tweet, I've been doing it for a while now. It's a great way of finding out whats going on. My dealer never talks to me unless I call him and that takes a few tries to get through.

Still awaiting a collection date, though dealer wasted no time in emailing invoice for outstanding amount and Service Plan over for payment  He also acknowledged I'd had a much longer wait than he'd anticipated but stopped short of saying "sorry".

It could be starting anytime this week. They can't do them all first thing Monday.

I wouldn't want it from a monday morning anyway or a friday afternoon for that matter
