But my honest answer is yes I will probably have a go at that and give the tracker a rest  - don't know what I'll do when the car arrives

I agree with you.  I have never even looked at the online tracker before with any of my previous GTI orders, let alone tracked a ship.  But somehow this particular order has become a something of a mission and I must see it through to the end!

That would be one of the right ships for a Newcastle dealership (Benfield, I assume?). They move very quickly from port of Tyne to North East dealerships. You might even get your mitts on it a week on Monday if Benfield pull their finger out and PDI it sharpish.

That would be great if it did, but am realistically expecting October.  I'm away the first weekend of Oct, Sod's Law it's ready that weekend!!  Looking forward to it now.

Relieved my Stage 3 text this morning. Confirmed build week 5 Oct, not too bad considering I ordered 24 Aug, plus I received my text whilst in Menton (France)

PS what's the 2 Trackers? I know only of the one on VW website??

Congratulations. 

There's the 'Track my order' on the website (which is showing accurate BW's).  Then there's the one in the 'My Volkswagen Account - my cars' part of website where you have to login.  Of late this seems to be showing a BW later, than the other but matches the email, which is incorrect.  How difficult is it for VW to match the build week info up.
