Rgdogg - they're Flashpoint 9 spoke rims. I think the previous owner's thinking was that they look like the VWR wheels that VW developed for their race cars.

Quite like the idea of the LED Backlights. Xenons are a bit too expensive though

Looks awesome man. Those wheels really suit the car 

Ohh and i have to agree with the above comments. LED tails and retro fit xenons would just finish the car off nicely! You can pick a set of aftermarket OEM style xenon headlights up for the same as a set of LED tails.
