There may not be any 

You need to do a few 3rd gear runs and log a few things like boost, fuel injection, maf values etc

Equally I would take it back to the company and ask them to look at it; maybe even put it back to standard (DPF still mapped out obviously) and see if the issue still exists

After I posted I took it back to the place where I had the map etc. done. They plugged in the VAG com and there were no fault codes. He then read and wrote a new map with some tweeks but it still does it.

I will probably look to see if I can get it back to its original state with the DPF mapped out as you suggested Rhyso

It seems like its going to be one of those annoying problems, that could be something so small and annoying but could cost a few ££ to find and fix! 95% of the people would say its fine, but I'm one of those people that won't rest until its fixed!

Does it do it at any speed / gear?? Part throttle? Full throttle?

More so in 3rd gear (mainly) and all the gears above.. its when I put my foot to the floor it will sort of cough / judder two times and then power through..

Part throttle its okay as far as I know.
