An educated guess from someone who has a bit of form in the alloy wheel department says they'll fit just fine with 235/35 tyres.
I had 8x19 ET44 BBS on mine for a little while and there was loads of clearance on the back and a bit more to play with at the front. Your set up won't be all that different to what I was running in the grand scheme of things.
The easiest way to make sure they'll fit ok will be to look at the TUV approval for the wheel and tyre combo.
If one of the big german retailers sell them with TUV approval for the mk7 then they'll fit, so have a look at tyreleader.co.uk or felgenoutlet.de
