I would stick with Bilberry wheel cleaner, love it.

I've searched long and hard for a decent tyre dressing, always returning to Meguiars Endurance Gel, until I tried this:

Also on Amazon and eBay

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Quarts-Caravan-Motorhome-Tyre-Dressing-Tyre-Cleaner-1-litre-bottle-/261661186909

Marketed for caravans, but brilliant stuff for car tyres.  It's silicone based but thinner than most other silicone ones, so applies very easily - more like a water based gel, and it lasts and lasts.  I've not been able to clean my car for nearly 5 weeks now (which is ages by my standards) and it is utterly filthy, all except for the tyres which are still clean and black.  That's good enough for me!

Any pics of the finish from that dressing Rebecca?

I like the finish that Zaino Z-16 leaves and it's pretty durable but that stuff you've recommended seems like a bit of a bargain in comparison

Dan, I've only been using approx last month so only pic I've got with it on is this distance shot below.  I'm cleaning the car this Friday (weather permitting) so will take a couple of close up shots when I've finished and post them up (as long as you promise not to mention my kerbed alloys  :embarrassed:).

It's versatile in terms of finish.  I usually do 2 coats and give a quick wipe over after each application for a satin finish.  If you want more gloss then don't wipe after, for more matt finish give it a good wipe between coats.  Oh, and no sling

Car looks great Booth, the 19"s look ace on thee mk6! My car had been in production about two days before the 19"s were launched when I got my Edi35 - I was gutted that I couldn't change it!

Cheers Neil.  They were the first thing I specced.  I absolutely love Monzas but having had various incarnations on my previous two mk5's I fancied a change.  I wasn't sure about the Glendales at first but they soon grew on me and nearly 3 years on I still love 'em

Good deal

If you're looking for something that'll do tyres and trim then Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel is worth a shout.  Good on both.
